Death By Chocolate Cake Recipe

• 4 Eggs

• 1 c Sour cream

• 1/4 c Water

• 1/4 c Grand Marnier

• 1/2 c Oil

• 1 pk Chocolate cake mix

• 1 pk Chocolate instant pudding

• 12 oz Semisweet chocolate chips

• Confectioner's sugar

Beat eggs, sour cream, water,and oil together in a large bowl until thoroughly mixed. Add cake mix and pudding mix. Beat until smooth. Stir in chocolate chips. Pour into Bundt or tube pan and bake at 350 F for 1 hour. When cool, sift powdered sugar on top of cake.

**Replace 1/4 cup Grand Marnier can be replaced with another Orange Brandy.

Yield: 8 servings Death By Chocolate Cake

Easy Death By Chocolate Cake Recipe

• 1 pk Fudge brownie mix

• 4 oz Hershey's Chocolate Syrup

• 1/2 c Kahlua or coffee liqueur

• 3 pk Chocolate Mousse; instant

• 24 oz Cool Whip

• 8 Heath bars or Skors

Bake the fudge brownie mix according to directions.

While it is baking, mix together the chocolate syrup and the Kahlua. Pour about half of that mixture into the serving dish. When the brownie is done and cooled, break it up and put into the dish (on top of the syrup mixture.). Pour half of what is left of the syrup mixture on top of the brownie mix, and refrigerate.

Make the Mousse according to package directions. Spread the mousse on top of the cake. Spread the cool whip on top of the mousse. Break up the heath bars and sprinkle them betweem layers. Drizzle the remaining chocolate syrup on top of the whip cream or top of each serving as it is served. So Good!!

Yield: 20 servings Death By Chocolate Cake

Death By Chocolate Cookies Recipe

• 1 1/2 c All purpose flour

• 1/2 c Unsweetened cocoa

• 3 ea Eggs

• 1 ts Baking Soda

• 1 ts Salt

• 8 oz Semi-sweet Chocolate -broken into 1/2 oz pieces

• 4 oz Unsweetened Chocolate -broken into 1/2 oz pieces

• 1 1/2 c Tightly packed light brown -sugar

• 12 tb Unsalted butter

• 1 ts Pure Vanilla extract

• 2 c Semi sweet chocolate chips

Sift all dry ingredients together. And set aside. Melt chocolate in double boiler. Cream butter with light brown sugar, then add eggs and vanilla to this mixture. Add the melted chocolate next and after that is completed mixed, add the dry ingredients. Mix well and then add Chocolate chips.

Bake for 18-22 minutes in a preheated 325F oven.

Yield: 12 to 15 Death By Chocolate Cookies

Death By Chocolate Fudge Recipe

• 4 1/2 c Sugar

• 1 ts Salt

• 1/2 c Butter

• 13 oz Can evaporated milk

• 12 oz Bag semisweet choc chips

• 16 oz German's Sweet chocolate, broken up

• 9 oz Milk chocolate, broken up

• 10 1/2 oz Marshmallow cream

• 2 ts Vanilla

• 4 c Coarsely chopped nuts, toasted

In six quart Dutch oven, combine sugar, salt, butter and milk. Bring to simmer, stirring constantly, over medium heat. As soon as first bubble is seen, boil mixture exactly eight minutes. Remove from heat immediately. Quickly stir in remaining ingredients. Blend thoroughly.

Pour into two oiled 13 x 9 inch pans. Cover with foil and refrigerate until firm. Slice as desired. Bring to room temperature before serving for fullest flavor. Store in refrigerator or freezer.

Yield: 48 pieces Death By Chocolate Fudge

Death By Chocolate Pie Recipe

• 1/4 c Butter

• 3/4 c Brown Sugar; Firmly Packed

• 3 ea Eggs

• 12 oz Chocolate Chips; Melt & Cool

• 2 ts Instant Coffee Powder

• 1 ts Rum Flavoring

• 1/4 c Unbleached Flour

• 1 c Walnuts; Coarsely Chopped

• 1 ea Unbaked 9" Pie Shell

• 1 x Walnut Halves

Cream the butter and brown sugar together in a bowl until light and fluffy, using an electric mixer at medium speed. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add the cooled chocolate, coffee powder, and rum flavoring, blending well. Stir in the flour and the chopped walnuts and turn into the unbaked pie shell. Arrange the walnut halves in a circle around the edge of the pie.

Bake in a preheated 375F. oven for 25 minutes or until set around the edge. Cool on a wire rack.

Yield: 6 servings Death By Chocolate Pie
